We totally understand that it can be a bummer when your piece doesn’t turn out as expected, but please keep in mind that these little defects are beyond our control. Pottery firing is a magical but unpredictable adventure!
No worries, though! We’ve got your back. Our studio takes every precaution to minimize these defects by using top-notch pottery techniques and kiln firing methods.
While we can’t promise perfection, we’re here to guide and support you in developing your pottery skills and reducing the chances of defects. Together, we’ll make amazing creations!
In certain occasions, we will fix these imperfections through a second firing, the process might take a bit longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we want to ensure the highest quality for your artwork. Extended processing times may affect the collection schedule.
In the event that your artwork does develop some cracks, pinholes, crazing etc, we’re happy to offer you a 10% discount to come back and create another masterpiece. Yep, that’s right! We believe in second chances to let your creativity shine.
Please note that we can’t provide refunds or replacements for defective pieces. We hope you understand that these imperfections are all part of the pottery journey and the thrill of the kiln’s heat!
