No worries, though! We’ve got your back. Our studio takes every precaution to minimize these defects by using top-notch pottery techniques and kiln firing methods.
While we can’t promise perfection, we’re here to guide and support you in developing your pottery skills and reducing the chances of defects. Together, we’ll make amazing creations!
In the rare event that your artwork does develop some cracks or pinholes, we’re happy to offer you a 10% discount to come back and create another masterpiece. Yep, that’s right! We believe in second chances to let your creativity shine.
Please note that we can’t provide refunds or replacements for defective pieces. We hope you understand that these imperfections are all part of the pottery journey and the thrill of the kiln’s heat!
