Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship our products (teddies, teddy clothing, accessories and other retail items) within Malaysia and overseas. We don’t offer food delivery.

Couriers

We send orders through EasyParcel. At checkout you’ll see the couriers available for your address, with their prices. You choose the one you prefer.

• Malaysia: Pos Laju, J&T Express, Aramex and Flash Express (available options depend on your area).
• Overseas: options vary by country and may include Aramex International, SF Express, FedEx, UPS, Ninjavan, EMS, Janio and others.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your parcel’s weight and your delivery address. The total is shown before you pay. Overseas customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their country.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 business days. Personalised items may take a little longer, and we’ll let you know if so. Every order comes with a tracking number.

DIY experience artworks

If you choose to have your finished artwork from a DIY experience delivered, it’s shipped once it’s ready (for example, after firing), using the delivery option you selected when booking.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, re-delivery charges are borne by the customer.
