Happy Hour Club Cafe & DIY Workshop is looking for a friendly, hands-on, and proactive Community Manager Intern to join our creative café team.
This internship is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, working in a creative environment, and learning how a DIY experience café runs from the inside. You will be supporting our Community Managers in daily workshop operations, customer experience, studio setup, and simple café tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Community Manager Intern, you will assist the team with:
- Welcoming customers and helping them feel comfortable at Happy Hour Club
- Supporting customers during DIY experiences such as pottery painting, teddy building, keycap DIY, sculpture painting, ceramic painting, and other creative workshops
- Setting up and cleaning DIY stations before and after each session
- Preparing tools, materials, packaging, and workshop supplies
- Helping customers understand basic workshop steps using our guides and SOPs
- Assisting with customer bookings, check-ins, artwork tagging, and collection flow
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming workshop and café space
- Supporting simple café tasks such as preparing drinks, serving customers, and keeping the counter area tidy
- Helping with stock arrangement, replenishment, and basic inventory checking
- Assisting the team during group workshops, birthday parties, corporate events, and busy weekends
- Following HHC’s SOPs and learning how to keep the customer experience smooth and consistent
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable talking to customers
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
- Hands-on and not afraid to help with cleaning, setup, packing, and daily floor tasks
- Organized and detail-oriented
- A good team player with a positive attitude
- Able to follow instructions and SOPs properly
- Interested in arts, crafts, DIY experiences, events, or customer service
- Comfortable working in a lively café and workshop environment
- Available to work on weekends when needed
No professional art or craft background is required. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to make customers feel welcomed.

Internship Requirements
- Open to students or fresh graduates in hospitality, event management, business, arts, design, communications, or related fields
- Minimum internship period: minimum 3 months
- Able to work from our café in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur
- Able to commit to weekend shifts when scheduled
