Happy Hour Club Cafe & Workshop (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through happyhourclub.com.my and in our shop, why we collect it, and your choices. We handle personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, booking details, and anything you write in messages, forms or order notes.
Account details: your login, order history, bookings and loyalty points if you create an account.
Payment details: these are handled directly by our payment providers. We don’t see or store your full card or bank details.
Website usage: pages viewed, device and browser type, and how you found us, collected through cookies and similar tools.

Why we use it

To process orders, bookings and gift cards, and to deliver your items.
To contact you about your order or booking.
To run our loyalty points programme.
To answer your questions.
To send news and offers, only if you’ve signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To understand and improve our website, and to prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

We share only what’s needed with service providers who help us run our business, including:

Payment providers: Billplz, GrabPay and Stripe.
Couriers, through EasyParcel.
Our website host and the plugins that run our shop, bookings and loyalty programme.
Our email newsletter provider: Mailchimp.
Analytics and advertising tools: Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Jetpack Stats.

Some of these providers may store data outside Malaysia. We don’t sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart and login working, to remember your preferences, and to measure and improve our website and ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site (such as checkout) may not work properly without them.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, accounting records).
