To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable session, please take a moment to read the following before your visit 😊
1. Be on Time
Please arrive on time as we will conduct a group briefing for all customers booked in the same timeslot. While the briefing is shared, you’ll complete your DIY experience at your own pace.
2. Have Your Booking Email Ready
Before arriving at the counter, have your booking email handy to avoid waiting in line. Your email will include a 5-digit booking number.
Tip: Can’t find your email? Check your spam folder!
3. Complimentary Drink
Every booking includes a complimentary drink! Don’t forget to place your order at the counter before starting your session.
4. Adding Extra Participants
If you’d like to add more participants, please check the real-time schedule on our website. Bookings must be made online in advance.
5. Time Limits
To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, each DIY activity has a time limit. Please refer to the booking link for your chosen experience to see the specific duration. We can’t wait to see your creations!
6. Taking Your Artwork Home
Same-day Collection:
- Teddy Builder
- Ceramic Painting (color setting: 1 hour)
- Sculpture Painting (color setting: 1 hour)
**If you’re unable to wait, we can post your piece to you for a small fee—just ask our community manager.
Other DIY Experiences:
These require up to 3 weeks for finishing. You can pick them up after 3 weeks (and within 2 months) or opt for postal delivery (small fee applies).
7. Unclaimed Artwork Policy
We do not send reminders to pick up completed artwork. Pieces not collected after 2 months will be donated to charity.
8. About Happy Hour Club Café & Workshop
Our DIY experiences take place in a cozy, non-classroom café setting designed to inspire creativity and independence. Following the QR journey or step-by-step guide is part of the fun! Our friendly community managers are always nearby to help—just give them a shout if needed.
Relax with your complimentary drink, chat with friends, and enjoy bringing your project to life in our warm, welcoming space.
9. For Parents & Guardians
We encourage kids (and adults!) to enjoy their creative journey in a relaxed, independent environment. While our community managers are available to assist, they won’t provide continuous supervision.
Parents or guardians must remain on-site if their child needs supervision or assistance.
If your child requires help to complete their project, your guidance will ensure the best experience.

10. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling: We accept rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before your booking. Please email us at hi@happyhourclub.com.my or WhatsApp us at +6011 1061 7341.
No-show Policy: If you miss your session without rescheduling, your booking will be considered used.
Cancellations: Unfortunately, we do not offer cancellations or refunds after booking confirmation.
