Join Our Creative Family at Happy Hour Club Cafe & DIY Workshop!
Are you friendly, responsible, hands-on, and full of positive energy? Do you enjoy working with people, helping customers, and being part of a creative environment?
Happy Hour Club Cafe & DIY Workshop is looking for dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Community Managers / Arts & Craft Instructors to join our growing team.
As a Community Manager, you will be part of the front-line team that brings the HHC experience to life. You will guide customers through our DIY activities, prepare workshop stations, support daily floor operations, help maintain a clean and welcoming space, and make sure every customer has a smooth and memorable experience.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, staying hands-on, learning new creative activities, and working as part of a fun, fast-moving team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-
Welcome customers warmly and help them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
-
Guide customers through HHC’s DIY experiences such as pottery painting, teddy building, ceramic painting, sculpture painting, and other new creative activities.
-
Explain activity steps clearly and help customers understand how to enjoy their session within the designated timeframe.
-
Set up DIY stations before each session, including tools, materials, samples, instructions, packaging items, and other workshop essentials.
-
Reset and clean workshop stations after each session so the next customers can enjoy a fresh and comfortable setup.
-
Assist with daily customer flow, bookings, walk-ins, customer enquiries, and general floor support.
-
Help manage customer items such as pottery pieces, teddy products, craft items, artwork labels, packaging, storage, and collection arrangements.
-
Support artwork logistics by making sure customer items are labelled, recorded, stored, packed, and handed over carefully.
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space in both the workshop and café areas.
-
Follow daily opening and closing checklists to keep the store ready, presentable, and running smoothly.
-
Prepare and serve simple food and beverages when needed.
-
Support group workshops, birthday parties, private events, corporate bookings, and special activities by helping with setup, customer guidance, packing, and floor flow.
-
Work together with the Store Manager / Supervisor and other team members to complete daily tasks properly.
-
Follow HHC’s SOPs, service standards, safety guidelines, and workshop procedures.
-
Help keep tools, materials, supplies, and customer areas neat, clean, and easy for the team to use.
-
Provide friendly and helpful customer service so every visitor leaves with a smile and happy memories.
What We’re Looking For:
-
Excellent communication and people skills — you are approachable, friendly, and enjoy engaging with customers.
-
Responsible, punctual, and able to complete tasks properly.
-
Eager to learn, adaptable, and open to trying new creative activities.
-
Fun, friendly, patient, and full of positive energy.
-
Detail-oriented and careful, especially when handling customer items, artwork, labels, and packaging.
-
Able to follow instructions, SOPs, and daily checklists.
-
A strong team player who works well with others and supports the team during busy periods.
-
Comfortable working in a hands-on environment where you may need to guide customers, clean stations, prepare materials, pack items, and support café duties.
-
Calm and helpful when customers need assistance or clarification.
-
No specific arts and crafts background is needed, but a love for creativity, lifestyle experiences, and DIY activities is a huge plus.
-
Flexible schedule — available to work weekends and public holidays.
-
Someone who enjoys creating good experiences for customers and takes pride in keeping the space clean, organized, and welcoming.
This Role Is For You If You:
