Welcome to Happy Hour Club’s Personalization Terms. This page explains how custom text and uploaded designs are printed on our products (e.g., raglan tees, bibs, outfits). By submitting a personalized order, you agree to the terms below.
1) What you can personalize
-Text: name, initials, or date
-Uploads: your own artwork/design (logo, illustration, wordmark)
If a product doesn’t offer personalization, you won’t see the options on its page.
2) “Exact-as-typed” policy (for text)
-We print exactly what you enter, including CAPITALS, spacing, and any punctuation you include.
-Text, numbers & emojis are allowed. Emoji style can vary by device (Apple, Android, Windows, etc.), so the printed emoji may not match exactly what you see on your screen. Please only include emojis if you’re okay with minor visual differences.
-A live preview appears on the main product image as a visual guide. Minor variations can occur in final print due to fabric texture and print method.
3) Placement & sizing
-We may adjust size and position to keep the design balanced and readable across different plush sizes and garment cuts.
4) Uploading your own design
-Formats: PNG or JPG only.
-File size: ≤ 1 MB.
-Quality: Low-resolution or heavily compressed files can print soft or pixelated. Please provide the highest quality you have (within 1 MB).
-Aspect ratio handling: If your artwork’s ratio differs from the product’s print area, it will be scaled to fit within the bounding box without cropping.
-For designs with transparent edges, PNG with transparency is recommended.
5) Colors & materials
-Colors may look slightly different on screens versus printed on fabric.
-Prints on soft/textured fabrics may show a subtle, natural grain—this is normal.
6) Content rules & rights
By uploading or submitting text/designs, you confirm:
-You own the content or have permission to use it for printing.
-Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
-Your content is not offensive, harmful, or unlawful. We may decline content that violates these guidelines.
-We only reproduce your design to fulfill your order.
7) Order changes & timing
-Personalization often starts soon after you place the order.
-If you need to change or cancel, contact us immediately; once production begins, changes/cancellations aren’t possible.
-Personalization may add a short processing time before dispatch. Shipping timelines depend on the courier and destination.
8) Returns & exchanges
-Personalized items are final sale — no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
