3D Pottery

About the experience
Traditionally, pottery can feel messy, complicated, and a little intimidating — but at Happy Hour Club, we’ve intentionally designed our 3D Pottery DIY experience to be simple, stress-free, and fuss-free, so everyone can enjoy the fun part without worrying about the technical parts 🙂

You’ll start by choosing a plate base shape (Round or Oval), then create cute 3D charms by casting from our huge variety of moulds. Once your charms are ready, you’ll attach them onto your plate using pottery “glue” (it’s actually slip!), and finish by painting everything with underglaze. After your session, we’ll fire your piece in our kiln and turn it into a one-of-a-kind ceramic you can actually use (and proudly say you made yourself!).

Think of this as a 2-in-1 activity: you’ll get to experience the joy of building a piece from scratch, and also the relaxing part of a pottery painting session — all in one booking.

This is a great activity for a relaxed solo date, quality time with friends/family, or a creative experience that doesn’t require prior skills. All ages are welcome.

Each session includes:-
– 1x your choice of plate base greenware (Round or Oval)
– Unlimited casting & creation using our mould library (choose from a wide variety of charm designs)
– All tools & materials for the full process: casting materials, pottery slip (“glue”), unlimited underglazes, pencils, brushes, tape, and all necessary stationery
Our underglazes are non-toxic and lead free, suitable for both adult & kids!
– 1x complimentary drink from our cafe menu (You can order at the counter when you arrive :))
– Firing & handling services
– Want to make more? Feel free to approach our friendly staff during your session — this experience can get addictive and you might end up creating more than one plate 😉

All completed ceramics will be fired in our kiln at ~1200° celcius, the final product is food safe, microwave & dishwasher safe, like any other ceramic bought commercially, but created from scratch all by yourself.

Collection time
Your pieces will be ready for collection after 3 weeks. You can either pick it up (we’d love to see you again!) after 3 weeks & within 2 months from our studio or have the option for us to post your piece back to you (for a small fee).
*We will not be contacting our customers to pick up their artwork, artwork not picked up after 2 months will be donated to charity.

Time limit
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, there is a time limit of 2 hours for this DIY experience. Thank you for helping us make this a fun and seamless experience for all!

Group Booking FAQs
At Happy Hour Club, a group booking refers to any reservation for 10 guests or more—perfect for corporate events, team building sessions, birthday parties, bridal showers, and other special gatherings!
-For groups of 10 to 20 pax, standard pricing applies—but each guest will receive an additional complimentary plain croffle.
-For group or corporate bookings of more than 20 pax, you’ll enjoy both additional complimentary plain croffles and a 10% discount on this activity. Just use the code groupbooking10 when booking online.

About Happy Hour Club Cafe & Workshop
All our DIY experiences are intentionally conducted in a relaxed, non-classroom cafe setting, encouraging guests to explore their creativity freely. Following the QR journey/step-by-step guide is part of the experience in here. You won’t find instructors hovering over you, but our awesome community managers are always available if you need a hand. Feel free to give them a shout for any assistance!
